RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - Rapid City’s Woodrow Wilson Elementary School, a small brick building west of Mt. Rushmore Road, was vandalized this week.

The word “RAPISTS” was spray painted on the north and south ends of the school’s exterior.

Though it is unclear when this happened, the earliest confirmed report of vandalism came Wednesday night. The individual or individuals responsible are unknown, as are their motivations. A crew will soon visit the school to sandblast the paint off of the building.
