Less windy today; first 70s of the season arrive tomorrow and the weekend.

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) - Friday will likely be our first 70° day of the year with a forecast high of 73°. Expect plenty of sunshine Friday and into the weekend. Saturday could very well be the first time Rapid City reaches 80°+ this year. Sunday will remain warm with temperatures in the 70s, but it will get breezy through the day.

Isolated showers will be possible the first half of next week as temperatures drop. Highs will be in the 50s and 60s Monday, falling into the 40s and 50s Tuesday and Wednesday. It will be breezy during this time frame as well.

Much cooler temperatures are likely late next week into the following weekend.
