Former NFL coach looks to bring stability to league

RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) -Jeff Fisher was named the interim commissioner of the Arena Football League on Tuesday. The former Rams and Titans head coach looks to bring stability to the league. The AFL will move on with 10 teams including the Rapid City Marshals. Due to schedule adjustments this Saturday’s Marshals home game against the Southwest Kansas Storm has been postponed.
