State prison offender dies in Sioux Falls

SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (KEVN) - State prison offender Douglas Logan has died.

Logan, 69, passed away at the Jameson Annex to the South Dakota State Penitentiary in Sioux Falls on May 26.

Logan was serving a sentence from Pennington County for sexual contact with a person without consent.
