Windy conditions continue Wednesday
RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) - A stray shower will be possible tonight, mainly for areas north of I-90. Skies will be partly cloudy and temperatures will fall into the 50s.
Wednesday will be windy. A High Wind Warning is in effect for Carter and Harding Counties from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday. Gusts up to 60 mph will be likely at times. Across the western South Dakota plains along and north of I-90, a Wind Advisory is in place for the same time frame. Gusts up to 55 mph will be likely at times. This does not include Rapid City or Spearfish.
Temperatures will be in the 70s for many with plenty of sunshine Wednesday and we will keep the sun shining bright all week. Highs will climb into the 80s for many to end the week. By the weekend, highs will drop back down into the 70s with partly cloudy skies.
