RAPID CITY, S.D. (KEVN) -

Overnight, temperatures make it into the 50s in some places, while 60s are likely elsewhere. Storms will be ending and mostly clear skies will be taking over. Temperatures tomorrow will not get as hot as they have been the past few days with high temperatures in the 70s and 80s. A few PM storms are possible across the region. Tomorrow there could be a few severe storms with a marginal risk clipping parts of eastern Wyoming and SW SD. There is another risk for some severe weather as we head into the day on Thursday with a better chance for widespread storms. A slight risk is in effect for much of the area during the day on Thursday. Futurecast is showing that a few storms are going to fire up into the afternoon and will be out of here for the overnight hours. Thursday stronger storms are possible and will strengthen as they move off towards the east. Overnight tonight, temperatures make it into the 50s across  much of the area with a few spots staying a little warmer in the 60s. Storms will be ending and mostly clear skies take over. Tomorrow, temperatures wont be as hot as they have been over the course of the past couple of days with a few spots even staying in the 70s for highs. Most will see the low to mid 80s while Sheridan might see 90s. The next three days in NE Wyoming and the northern hills shows that we are going to see two more days of thunderstorm chances before a slight cooldown with 70s for highs on Friday. Rapid City also manages to see the 70s both Friday and Saturday before we start to heat up again and more thunderstorm chances start.
