3 people including baby, toddler killed in crash on I-40 in Tenn.

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. (WVLT/Gray News) – Three people, including two young children, died in a crash on I-40 East in Tennessee Monday morning, according to the Knoxville Police Department.
Police said a Honda sedan was driving east around 3:30 a.m. when it went off the road and hit a tree.
A 3-year-old and 5-month-old were pronounced dead at the scene.
According to officials, the driver and another passenger were taken to a nearby hospital with critical injuries.
The driver has since died.
Police said it is unclear why the car veered off the road. The crash is under investigation.
