Daja Clayton joined the TV20 team in June 2024 as our Ocala Bureau Reporter and Fill-In Anchor.
She was born and raised in Orlando and graduated from Edward Waters University in Jacksonville in 2022 where she studied Communications. During college, she served as the Junior Class Vice President and interned at the NBC affiliate station WESH 2 News in Orlando.
Daja joins us after spending two years in Central Illinois as the Champaign Bureau Reporter at WAND News in Decatur, Illinois. She’s excited to be back in Florida, and closer to her family and friends.
Daja enjoys cooking, finding new museums, and hanging out with her friends and family.
