Jacob Fitzgerald started his career in Rapid City, S.D., upon graduating from Black Hills State University with a bachelor's degree in Mass Communication.
He started out as an associate producer for Good Morning KOTA Territory from December 2020 to April 2021. He then switched his schedule to produce the evening shows until October 2022.
After taking a producer job in Omaha, Nebraska for a year, he decided to return to his current position, producing KOTA Territory at Six and 10. Jacob is honored to be back working with the evening team.
In his free time, Jacob enjoys running in 5K races, hiking in the beautiful Black Hills, and traveling to different parts of the country.
