Reggie Kyle

Reggie Kyle is a Reporter/Multimedia Journalist at WBRC 6 News.

He joined WBRC in September 2019 as a Content Specialist. Reggie was born and raised in Gadsden and thrilled to have the opportunity to tell impactful stories and represent his hometown.

Reggie graduated from Jacksonville State University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism. He served his country with the U.S. Navy while fighting during the Gulf War and receiving service medals and an honorable discharge.

With the dream of being the next great sports reporter, he says his wife encouraged him to quit coaching from the couch and do something about it, so he returned to school.

"It's easy to say you want to be this or do that, but to have that special someone constantly pushing and encouraging you to do it is very rewarding not only for me, but her as well,” says Reggie.

Off the clock, you can find Reggie watching plenty of sports, enjoying life with his wife, and spending time with his grandson.
