Maria Blough joined WEAU 13 News in September 2020. Currently she works as a multimedia journalist as well as the weekend anchor and producer.
She's a native Michigander who grew up on a dairy/crop farm in the western part of the state. While a student at The University of Alabama, Maria interned with Alabama Public Radio and WVUA 23 News in Tuscaloosa. As a Bama grad, you'll catch her cheering for her Crimson Tide football team every Saturday in the fall.
Investigators said they’ve been conducting interviews in multiple states to better understand how the three victims knew each other and where they were on Thursday before their deaths.
